DataDirection conducts telephone-based research from our Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI) centre in the Finglas Business Centre, Dublin. Our CATI system takes an electronic version of the questionnaire and the relevant leads combined with any appropriate quotas and facilitates speedy, reliable and cost effective interviewing.
A CATI survey is typically the most economical way to gather information about a specific market.
Interviews are conducted by trained telephone interviewers, each of whom must sign a confidentiality agreement. We ensure that respondent answers will be objectively and accurately reported by focusing the discussion to each specific question without leading responses.
During the course of each CATI survey, we can issue you with up-to-date status reports and topline tables. Once the survey is complete we can issue final, edited and coded tables. We operate our facility Monday through Saturday.
Some of the key benefits associated with CATI as an interviewing medium include:
- No questionnaire printing costs
- No postage or dispatch costs
- Full questionnaire control i.e. no ‘stop the press’ scenarios
- Constant access to interview data
- Easy appointment handling
CATI surveys are often used either as a component module or complete solution in projects involving:
- Customer Satisfaction
- Advertising & Brand Tracking
- Public Opinion Polls
- Usage & Attitude Testing
- Loyalty Studies
- Customer Profiling
- Segmentation
